At 54yrs of age, being overweight, uncomfortable & totally fed with my new ‘barrel shape’, I was well aware I needed not only to lose that extra weight, but to re-shape & tone my body. I have always walked for fitness & weight loss in the past, but this just didn’t seem to be enough anymore. I knew I would have to learn to do ‘core strengthening’ to target those ‘hard to budge’ areas.

It’s been six months now since I have been working out with Rosie, my Personal Trainer. Rosie has introduced me to a totally new world of fitness training. I am performing exercises I never ever thought I would be able to do. Rosie works ‘one on one’ with me in a totally relaxed atmosphere at the FIT studio in Albion, all the while being exceptionally patient but firm, encouraging me & coaxing me all the way to go just that “little bit further”.

My weight has dropped significantly & I am well on the road to regaining my former body shape. Training with Rosie has been both challenging & rewarding & it has given me the absolute knowledge and confidence that I can get the ‘old me’ back again. Everything is possible – thanks Rosie!

I have gone from walking 20 mins at 5km/hour on a treadmill and being 102kg to 72kg and less than 13% fat and I can now run 5km on the treadmill in less than 30 minutes.
